About Me

I have been a psychotherapist since 2014 and I work with individuals and couples

I help people who consult me to improve their self-knowledge, develop their self-esteem, overcome stress-related issues or anxiety and improve their relationships with others. I help couples to find ways to connect, communicate, understand each other, and resolve conflicts.

After starting my career in the fields of IT and management, where I often played the role of facilitator between different professions and cultures, I got more involved in corporate training and coaching, driven by the desire to help people grow in their work lives. During this period, I built my theoretical and practical knowledge, develop listening skills and focused on improving my understanding of the needs and expectations of individuals.

After that, I spent more than ten years in the Middle East (in the Kingdom of Bahrain). Leaving behind the corporate environment, but still passionate about helping others to live happy lives and feel good and comfortable withthemselves, I trained in life coaching and then in psychotherapy. I had the great opportunity to live and work in an extremely inspiring and diverse multicultural environment.

In my practice, I use a combination of complementary therapeutic approaches, to suit each individual needs and circumstances, including Internal Family System (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which are great tools for making positive and lasting changes in my clients’ lives.

To help couples resolve conflict or improve their relationship, I use Gottman Institute’s couple therapy, founded by the American psychologist John Gottman.

His work was recognized in 2007 as one of the 10 most influential therapists of the last fifty years. This pragmatic approach provides couples with an easy to implement ‘framework’, models and exercises.

I work internationally with English and French speaking clients face-to-face or online worldwide.
